A little about me

As a senior developer, 42 years in the field, I lived the digital evolution every day until its peak. Today, I am happy to see myself as an atom that has participated in this evolution.

Retired once, I come back as a freelancer to support former clients in their technological transition.

Gradual upgrading

The first-class languages of a few years ago are now forgotten but still used in some industries. Young developers do not have the knowledge to maintain them. I am here to fill this gap to help them maintain them and, more importantly, to help them take the necessary step to convert their systems to new technologies.

Analyze the existing

The first step will always be to understand your heritage and map out all the interconnections.

Building bridges

Together with your team, I will propose and create a bridge between the old and the new system.

Import old data

The bridge put in place will allow us to import (move) the data and verify its integrity.

Unplug

We audit data integrity once more. When this is done, you simply disconnect the old system and donate it to a museum.

My expertise

I limit my intervention to what I really know best. During my life as a programmer, I have been able to learn and master certain languages and I have dedicated myself to them. I will therefore only help to update or maintain the system based on these languages:
